Director of Business Development
A Certified Recovery Residence Administrator, Brian connects individuals and families with the care they need. He builds relationships with referring providers, community organizations, and families to ensure that RECO's services reach those who can benefit most.
Christopher Pasquale
Chief Operations Officer
Manages day-to-day operations, facilities, and growth strategy for the RECO Health network. Christopher ensures seamless coordination between all five programs and drives operational excellence.
Erika Boodhoo
Chief Financial Officer
Manages the financial health of the RECO network with precision and care. With an MBA and extensive experience in healthcare finance, Erika ensures that the organization operates sustainably while maintaining its commitment to accessible treatment.
Dr. Alexander Scheuermann
Medical Director
Leads the medical and psychiatric care strategy across all RECO Health programs. Board-certified in psychiatry and addiction medicine, Dr. Scheuermann ensures patient safety and clinical best practices throughout the network.
