What started as a single treatment center in Delray Beach has grown into a network of five specialized programs, each focused on a critical stage of the recovery journey.

Each RECO center is purpose-built to address a specific stage or dimension of recovery. Together, they form a seamless continuum that follows patients from their first call through lifelong wellness.
RECO Intensive
Our flagship substance abuse treatment program in Delray Beach, offering residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient programming. RECO Intensive provides personalized, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, with a strong emphasis on individualized therapy, group work, and holistic wellness.
RECO Immersive
Dedicated mental health treatment for those who need focused care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and other psychiatric conditions -- with or without a co-occurring substance use disorder. RECO Immersive offers a therapeutic environment designed for deep emotional healing and personal rediscovery.
RECO Island
A residential detox and stabilization center providing medically supervised withdrawal management in a safe, comfortable environment. RECO Island ensures that patients begin their recovery journey with a strong physiological foundation, supported by round-the-clock medical and nursing care.
RECO Institute
Structured sober living residences that bridge the gap between intensive treatment and independent life. RECO Institute provides a supportive, accountability-focused environment where individuals can practice the skills they learned in treatment while maintaining employment, attending school, or re-engaging with daily responsibilities.
RECO Psychiatry
Expert psychiatric care including medication management, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (esketamine) treatment, and ketamine infusion therapy. RECO Psychiatry serves both patients within the RECO network and individuals in the broader community seeking advanced psychiatric services.

Integrated, Coordinated Care
Unlike standalone treatment centers, the RECO network provides truly integrated care. When a patient transitions from detox to residential treatment, from residential to PHP, or from PHP to sober living, their clinical records, treatment plans, and therapeutic relationships travel with them. There are no gaps, no redundant intakes, and no lost momentum. Our care coordinators manage every transition to ensure continuity.
Evidence-Based, Whole-Person Treatment
Every program within the RECO network is built on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care frameworks. We complement clinical work with holistic programming -- yoga, meditation, art therapy, equine therapy, fitness, and nutrition counseling -- because lasting recovery engages the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Accreditations & Standards
RECO facilities are licensed by the State of Florida and accredited by nationally recognized bodies. Our clinical staff includes board-certified psychiatrists, licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), licensed mental health counselors (LMHCs), certified addiction professionals (CAPs), and registered nurses. We maintain rigorous compliance with all state and federal regulations governing substance use and mental health treatment.
