Brian Greenblott, CRRA

Director of Business Development

Spent over a decade building the referral relationships that connect people in crisis to the right level of care — fast.

Background

Brian Greenblott is Director of Business Development for the RECO Health network and the architect of the referral relationships that move people from crisis to care across all five RECO programs. His role bridges the clinical conversation and the operational "where does this person go next" question — spending his days with therapists, hospital social workers, interventionists, and families to make sure the right person reaches the right level of care.

A Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA), Brian came up through behavioral health outreach in roles where the metric wasn't lead volume but clinical fit — making sure no one fell through a crack between programs. That clinical-adjacent perspective shapes how RECO Health shows up across South Florida and the country.

Approach to Care

Brian's working theory is that strong business development in behavioral health is mostly listening. Most families who reach RECO Health have called other treatment centers first, and most have been disappointed. The job is to be the call that's different — the one that takes time to understand the situation, gives an honest assessment of which RECO program fits, and is willing to refer out entirely if RECO isn't the answer.

Under his leadership, the RECO network has invested in referral relationships rather than ad spend. Therapists, treatment professionals, hospital discharge planners, and alumni keep sending people to RECO because the experience consistently matches what was promised — and that consistency is largely Brian's project.

Education & Credentials

Brian holds the Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) credential — a designation issued by the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) that sits at the intersection of clinical operations, ethics, and recovery-residence management. He brings over two decades of on-the-ground experience in behavioral health business development, community outreach, and continuum-of-care navigation across addiction treatment and mental health.

What to Expect

Most families who reach out to RECO Health speak with Brian's business development team first. The experience is intentional: calls returned in minutes, not days. Insurance verified the same hour. A real person on the phone with the authority to answer real questions — and not lock you in before you're ready. Honest assessments of which RECO program — Health, Immersive, Island, Intensive, or Integrated Psychiatry — actually fits.

Brian's standard is that nobody should have to chase RECO Health for information when they're already exhausted from chasing answers everywhere else.
